This coin’s design differs from the standard gold version by the lifelike colours and markings of the mouse and background. In the foreground we see the mouse crouched on top of a small mound of pebbles. A bunch of chili peppers hangs behind him. The reverse side features a portrait of the crowned Queen Elizabeth II, facing right and was designed by Ian Rank- Broadley . The coin is made of 99.99% (24 carat) pure gold.
