Delivery

You can choose to collect your order at our store free of charge or have it delivered to your address.

In the Netherlands, shipments are insured up to € 20,000 and in Europe up to € 5,000. For purchases exceeding these amounts, we recommend picking up your order in person or, where possible, spreading your order over multiple shipments.

Your package will be securely packed with security tape without our company logo, ensuring it is delivered to you discreetly.

Goudpensioen delivery service delivers on Tuesdays and Fridays only.
You will receive tracking information and a 3-hour delivery window the night before delivery.

  • Delivery via parcel service.

  • Delivery strictly to the address you provided. Delivery to DHL ServicePoint possible - email us upon receipt of order confirmation or redirect yourself once on its way.

  • Delivery during weekdays, DHL also on Saturday.

  • No choice of delivery day or time slot in advance.

  • Shipment tracking via tracking number.

  • Signature required upon receipt.
  • Delivery by Goudpensioen delivery service.

  • Delivery strictly to the address you provided

  • Delivery only on Tuesday and Friday.

  • Choice of daytime or evening delivery (at an additional cost). Daytime delivery between 08:00-18:00. Evening delivery between 18:00-21:30.

  • You will receive a specific delivery time slot and tracking info 1 business day in advance.

  • Identification check upon delivery. The courier will record the last 4 digits of the recipient's ID (this may also be your housemate).

Worldwide shipment via FedEx, including trackingnumber. Costs for shipping and handling (including filling in the custom forms) start at € 150. You will need to arrange the insurance yourself. Please contact us directly before placing an order. 



Delivery times

Our products come from different renowned smelters. The delivery times are indicative and are dependent on the smelter. Delivery times may differ per product. You can view expected delivery times on the individual product pages. If the products are in stock, we will prepare them for the next possible shipment date within 48 hours of receiving your payment on business days.
