Design of the Australian Emu 2021 silver coin
This coin has been minted in the weight of 1 troy ounce, which corresponds with 31.1 grams of pure silver. The design of this silver coin has been inspired by Australia’s second largest bird, the emu. This bird can grow to over 2 metres in height with a weight of around 60 kilos. This coin features two emus in their natural habitat together with the text “Australian Emu”. This side of the coin also notes the year of mintage and the 9999 silver purity.
