Characteristics of the silver Australian Emu 2018
The design of this coin has been inspired by Australia’s second largest bird, the emu. This bird can grow to over 2 metres in height with a weight of around 60 kilos. The silver coin features an emu in its natural habitat with a background of trees and bushes together with the text “Australian Emu”. This side of the coin also notes the year of mintage and the 9999 silver purity.
